Family and Minority Rights

The Lawyer Alessandro Sartori is the founding partner of the law firm Sartori and has been working as an expert civilian lawyer for more than forty-five years. He specialises in Succession Law, Business Law (contractual, corporate, commercial, etc.) and Family Law and minors, with particular emphasis on the protection of family patrimony.
From 1968 to 1983 he was Vice-Honorary Vice-President of Verona, with extensive judicial activity with more than 1,800 civil and criminal convictions, the latter in his role as a member of the Criminal College of the Court of Verona.
From 1973 to 1983 he was Vice President of the VIIth Section of the Tax Commission of Primo Grado in Verona, chairing one of the two Judicial Colleges of the Commission. From 1978 to 1984 he was elected member of the Council of the Bar Association of Verona.
From 1993 to 1996 he was a member of the Administrative Council of the Verona Section of the Venetian Chamber of Arbitration at the Verona Industrial Association.
In 1978 he became president (with biannual election) of the Verona Tennis Association, becoming President of Honour in 2009. Since 1995 he has been a member of the National Board of Directors (headquarters of Rome) of the AIAF (Italian Association for Families and Minors) and since that date has also been President of the AIAF Veneto Section. From October 1994 to October 1996 he was Chairman of the AMIA Municipal Company.
From April 1995 to November 1996 he was Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Italian Red Cross.
From July 2000 to July 2008 he was President of Magazzini Generali Verona Srl and then of Immobiliare Magazzini Srl, a company that participates 100% in the Magazzini Generali Verona Srl.
Since 2007 he has been a member of CREVER Banca spa - Valsabina Group and with them has been responsible for the distribution of Community Law, for the use of assisted companies, and writing on EEC regulations. For Family Law he has drafted articles, comments on laws and judgments on this subject and has been a speaker at scientific conferences.
In January 2015 he became National President of the Association AIAF (Italian Association of Families and Minorities Lawyers), with a mandate until 2019.
